Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days once payment is successfully confirmed. Business days do not include weekends and statutory public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery takes 7–12 business days after your order is dispatched. International shipments may experience unforeseen delays resulting from customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.

Shipping Fee

Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 USD or above are eligible for free standard shipping. Flat-rate Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD will be charged for all orders ranging from $0.00 to $49.99 USD.

Extra surcharges may apply for overweight or oversized items. All additional fees will be clearly shown at checkout prior to payment. Import duties, customs taxes and any local clearance fees for international packages are borne solely by the recipient.

Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled from our partner warehouses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States or other regions, depending on stock availability and delivery destination. The fulfillment location will not affect product quality, pricing or your contractual after-sales rights with Shenzhen Hangfengluo Network Technology Co., Limited (trading as mossvie).

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your package departs our fulfillment center. You may track your shipment status online with the tracking number provided. Tracking is available for all dispatched orders.

Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your shipment is delayed, stuck in transit, marked lost or displayed as undeliverable: Please check the latest tracking updates for your parcel first. If the delivery problem cannot be resolved, contact our customer support team by email with your order number and tracking ID. Our team will launch an investigation with the logistics carrier and offer applicable solutions such as reshipment or refund after a thorough case-by-case review. We shall not be responsible for delivery losses arising from an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at checkout.
